As a lover of dance and music at an early age, Cecilia has a fantastic sense of movement. She is a dedicated instructor who goes the extra mile for her clients. She holds certifications through AFFA and IFA. She has been with Total Fitness since 2006 and is currently the Clinical Reasearch Coordinator at the Dept. of Ob-Gyn at UTMB.

Sara Salinas Sara has been in Galveston for almost two years. She brings her experience at Texas A&M as the instructor and developer of the yoga program for the athletes of the Men and Women's basketball teams. She is a demanding instructor that only gets the best from her clients. She teaches Tabata Time in a face paced 30 minute killer work out.
Miriam Davis Miriam is a mother of 3 and grandmother of 5. It is a secret life that no one would believe by seeing Miriam. She is currently employed at the SSA and has been teaching aerobics classes since 1999 after getting her certification through NETA. Her belief in youth is evident in her high energy Kick Boxing classes. She loves being around people and her infectious smile will bring you back to class.
Margo Nieves Margo has over 25 years of experience as a motivator, class instructor, personal trainer and business owner. She will make you feel like the only person in class with her attention to form and movement. Her Firm and Tone class offers weight training with music. She will bring your muscles to the point of toned return! She takes her toning skills to the Yoga mat as well at Urban Health and Fitness on MWF.
Le Bergin Le is the owner of Island Boot Camp, co-owner of Total Fitness, and certified personal trainer through the Cooper Institute and ACSM. She trained with Billy Blanks for her precision in Tae Bo kickboxing. Her core classes are designed for all levels of fitness from the beginner to more experienced. Her low impact class focuses on range of motion, strength, balance, coordination and core strength. She now holds HIITKick, a class based on her TaeBo background with deliberate minutes of High Intensity Interval Training.
