Le Bergin: Certified Personal Trainer (ASCM and Cooper Institute)

As a former high school teacher and coach, Le has a passion for motivating and encouraging others. After 7 years in the classroom, she resigned to be a full time mom to her two children and sought a way to continue to teach. She was certified by Billy Blanks as a Tae Bo instructor in 2005. In 2009 she developed Island Boot Camp and today teaches HIITKick classes, inspires others in Island Boot Camp and works one on one with her clients and small groups. Le has a personal approach to fitness and understands that each person's journey is different.

Sara Salinas-Cahill: Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA & AFAA)

Sara has a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business Administration. Her passion for fitness lead her to become certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association for personal training, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America for group exercise and YogaFit Training Systems for both basic, prenatal and postpartum yoga. She developed and instructed a yoga program for the athletes of the Men and Women's basketball team at Texas A&M. She believes that there is always room for improvement and through commitment and perseverance anyone can achieve their fitness goals.

Tyler Morrison: Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA)

Tyler is a CPT from suburban Memphis, TN. He served in the US Air Force for 6 years and spent several tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. While in the Air Force, he dedicated his time coordinating unit fitness as a Physical Training Leader, ensuring his airmen were fit to fight. He is passionate about helping others reach their goals from weight loss to rehabilitation. He enjoys unconventional means of fitness such as kettle bell training, suspension training and aquatic fitness. Tyler is proficient in hand combat and holds several mixed Martial Arts wins.

Tony Wilson (NASM/Cooper Institute)

Tony brings to Total Fitness over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. After playing football at TSU he became the strength and conditioning coach for the team. He later became the Fox 26 Morning Show fitness correspondent while working at Bally Total Fitness. Find him on facebook for constant fitness tips!
